Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and CPA license.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Experience leading accounting teams and preparing external financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead external reporting, financial systems administration, and month-end close activities.
• Oversee SEC filings including Form 10-K and 10-Q and MD&A commentary.
• Manage broker-dealer and employee benefit plan financial statements.
