Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• CPA license required.
• 8–10 years of accounting experience incl. Big 4 & SEC reporting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting.
• Excellent documentation for audit work papers and SOX reviews.
• FCCS familiarity is a plus.
• XBRL knowledge is a plus.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under US GAAP and SEC rules.
• Research and resolve complex financial reporting issues.
• Develop and maintain accounting and reporting policies.
• Oversee monthly close: stock-based comp, journal entries, reconciliations, cash flow review.
• Ensure SOX compliance and control enhancements.
• Coordinate with auditors for quarterly/year-end procedures.
• Oversee XBRL tagging review for 10-Qs and 10-K.
• Lead Financial Reporting team and manage structure and performance.
• Manage FCCS and Global Chart of Accounts.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses for management & auditors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
