Job summary

LNCsearch's client, a rapidly growing healthcare organization, seeks a Senior Manager, Financial Operations to join its finance team in Nashville. This high-visibility role partners with operational leadership, translating financial data into actionable insights to guide strategic decisions.

You will own financial planning and forecasting for a portfolio of business units, develop KPIs, prepare monthly reviews and executive presentations, and lead a small team while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of progressive finance or financial operations experience.
• Experience preparing executive-level financial materials and presentations.
• Strong FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling experience.
• Healthcare, physician practice, or private equity-backed experience is highly preferred.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities with the ability to turn complex information into a clear story for leadership.
• Highly analytical, collaborative, and comfortable working independently.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Experience with financial planning systems is a plus.

Responsibilities
