Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance industry including Financial Lines, underwriting, operations, product management or regulatory compliance.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience in product management and regulatory issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Financial Product Line Support Services staff with day-to-day activities.
• Partner with Financial Lines business units to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including audits.
• Support Financial Lines by ensuring approved form/rate filings and initiatives are implemented.
• Lead product development and ongoing support for Financial Lines with focus on speed to market and new product launches.
• Provide clear communications with Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, Business Units, State Regulators, and internal Chubb areas.
• Report on compliance efforts and resolution of issues.
• Work with regulators to resolve issues arising from examinations, investigations, inquiries, and audits for Financial Lines.
