Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, including financial due diligence, Quality of Earnings analyses, working capital assessments, and transaction-related financial modeling.
• Advise private equity sponsors, strategic investors, and organizations on transaction risks, opportunities, and financial considerations throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Manage multiple engagement teams and oversee project execution, client deliverables, timelines, and overall quality.
• Build and maintain senior-level client relationships while supporting new business development and expansion of existing engagements.
• Mentor and develop team members through ongoing coaching, technical guidance, and performance feedback.

This role is based in Dallas, TX, but offers a remote schedule if preferred. Minimal travel may be required. This role cannot offer employment sponsorship at this time.
