Responsibilities

Lead buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, including financial due diligence, Quality of Earnings analyses, working capital assessments, and transaction-related financial modeling.
Advise private equity sponsors, strategic investors, and organizations on transaction risks, opportunities, and financial considerations throughout the deal lifecycle.
Manage multiple engagement teams and oversee project execution, client deliverables, timelines, and overall quality.
Build and maintain senior-level client relationships while supporting new business development and expansion of existing engagements.
Mentor and develop team members through ongoing coaching, technical guidance, and performance feedback.
