• Lead and direct the work of others in the Financial Aid team.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations.
• Recruit, interview, and retain appropriate staff; provide leadership training and development.
• Develop, update, and archive policies and procedures; provide performance feedback to leadership.
