Qualifications

• 3–5 years in financial aid with familiarity with fed aid processing systems.
• Strong knowledge of Title IV regulations and student loan management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial aid operations related to student contact and communications.
• Assist in planning, development, and administration of services, policies, and activities to promote access to higher education.
• Lead and direct the work of others; report to the Senior Director of Financial Aid- Active Student Services and Student Loan Management.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional financial aid regulations and quality standards.
• Maintain confidentiality per FERPA; manage budgets, staffing, and training; audit workflows and outcomes.
