Job summary

Aquent is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Transformation & Systems to lead hands-on finance systems work remotely for a major beauty and retail organization. You will build Anaplan models, support SAP ERP implementations, and drive transformation across planning, reporting, and consolidation processes.

You will partner with finance and technology teams to ensure continuity, accuracy, and efficiency while connecting financial planning with enterprise systems in a dynamic, scalable environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and maintaining financial models and dashboards in Anaplan.
• Experience with SAP ERP systems, including financial processes, reporting, or implementations.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, reporting, and consolidation.
• Experience supporting finance transformation, ERP implementations, systems integration, or related initiatives.
• Ability to perform functional testing, troubleshoot issues, and validate financial system functionality.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance financial models and dashboards in Anaplan to support planning, reporting, and strategic decision‑making.
• Partner with finance and technology teams during an SAP ERP implementation, connecting financial planning and reporting processes.
• Develop and implement Anaplan solutions that support business continuity and facilitate transitions between systems.
• Collaborate with Financial Reporting and Consolidation teams on ad hoc requests and special projects.
• Support Anaplan testing activities, track progress, identify issues, and communicate potential delays to stakeholders.
• Conduct functional testing of SAP capabilities related to financial reporting and systems, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business requirements.
• Communicate system enhancements, process changes, and implementation updates to finance stakeholders for successful adoption.

This is an exciting opportunity to support a major finance systems transformation, improve financial planning and reporting processes, and help drive the successful implementation of critical enterprise technologies.

In this role, you will act as a hands‑on finance systems professional with deep Anaplan expertise and SAP experience to support financial transformation initiatives. You will bridge financial planning, reporting, and enterprise systems, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and continuity as the organization implements new processes and technologies.
