Insight Global is seeking a Senior Manager for Finance Transformation & Systems in San Francisco to bridge planning, reporting, and systems. The role requires leading Anaplan initiatives and SAP-based integrations across the finance function.

The ideal candidate will be a certified Anaplan Model Builder with strong SAP knowledge, able to guide cross-functional teams through system upgrades and significant process changes.

Qualifications

• Mandatory 3–5 years experience in finance transformation or related field.
• Experience with SAP.
• Certified Anaplan Model Builder.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models and dashboards in Anaplan.
• Partner with SAP ERP rollout and align planning/reporting.
• Design and implement Anaplan solutions for system upgrades.
• Collaborate with Financial Reporting and Consolidation on special projects.
• Support Anaplan testing and monitor progress.
