Insight Global is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Finance Transformation & Systems to drive innovation and efficiency across our finance organization. This role will be pivotal in bridging planning, reporting, and systems, ensuring seamless integration between current and future state processes. The ideal candidate will be a certified Anaplan Model Builder with strong SAP expertise, ready to lead transformation initiatives and support the finance team through critical system implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models and dashboards to support strategic decision-making via Anaplan.
• Act as a key partner in the SAP ERP rollout, connecting planning and reporting processes across the finance organization.
• Design and implement Anaplan solutions to facilitate the team’s transition during system upgrades.
• Collaborate with the Financial Reporting and Consolidation team on special projects and requests.
• Support team members in Anaplan testing, monitor progress, and report delays to ensure timely delivery.
• Test SAP functionalities related to Financial Reporting and Systems to validate accuracy and efficiency.
• Effectively communicate system and process changes to the broader finance organization, ensuring alignment and adoption.

Mandatory Requirements (3–5 Years Experience)

• Experience with SAP
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (preferred)
