Job summary

Aquent is partnering with a leading global beauty and retail company to fill a Senior Manager, Finance Transformation & Systems in San Francisco. You will drive a major finance systems transformation, build Anaplan models, and support SAP ERP implementations to connect planning, reporting, and consolidation across the finance organization.

The role requires hands-on expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage complex transformation initiatives in a large enterprise

Qualifications

• Anaplan Model Builder Certification is required.
• Proven hands-on experience building and maintaining financial models and dashboards in Anaplan.
• Experience working with SAP ERP systems, including financial processes, reporting, or systems implementation.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, reporting, and consolidation processes.
• Experience supporting finance transformation, ERP implementations, systems integration, or related initiatives.
• Ability to perform functional testing, troubleshoot issues, and validate financial system functionality.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across finance and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance financial models and dashboards in Anaplan to support planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
• Partner with finance and technology teams during an SAP ERP implementation, helping connect financial planning and reporting processes.
• Develop and implement Anaplan solutions that support business continuity and facilitate transitions between systems.
• Collaborate with Financial Reporting and Consolidation teams on projects, reporting needs, and ad hoc requests.
• Support Anaplan testing activities, track progress, identify issues, and communicate delays to stakeholders.
• Conduct functional testing of SAP capabilities related to financial reporting and systems, ensuring accuracy.
• Communicate system enhancements, process changes, and implementation updates to finance stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve reporting efficiency.
