Job summary

OneTrust in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Engineering and Platform to lead a team of data engineers responsible for platform and data engineering architecture for business intelligence and data science solutions.

This role combines hands-on data engineering with coaching to build robust data models, ETL pipelines, and analytics readiness. Strong SQL, Python, and Snowflake/Databricks experience are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional data engineering experience.
• Extensive experience with data architecture, tool evaluations, data modeling, and building ETL pipelines.
• Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Data Engineers and drive platform and data engineering architecture for BI and data science solutions.
• Coach and mentor engineers while performing hands-on data engineering work.
• Design optimal data models and data flows from source to target.
• Develop standard methodologies for platform architecture, data quality, analysis and validation.
• Collaborate with data architects, business analysts and security teams to ensure trusted analytics.
