Job summary

CPG & Associates has been engaged by a PE backed healthcare company in a search for a Senior Manager Finance Operations. This leadership role serves as the primary FP&A partner across all operating lines of business.

You will translate operational metrics into actionable revenue, gross profit, cash flow and EBITDA insights, identifying key performance drivers and risks to support executive decision‑making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (or equivalent).
• MBA or CPA is preferred.
• 7+ years of FP&A, finance or analytics experience with operational focus.

Responsibilities

• Act as FP&A partner across operating lines, translating metrics into actionable insights for revenue, gross profit, cash flow and EBITDA.
• Conduct FP&A, cost analysis and CapEx evaluations.
• Support reporting and systems to enable executive decision‑making.
• Lead or oversee finance workstreams and team activities.

This leadership position serves as the primary FP&A partner across all operating lines of business. This role translates operational metrics into actionable revenue, gross profit, cash flow, and EBITDA insights—identifying key performance drivers and risks to enable executive decision-making.

Working in tangent with corporate FP&A and strategic finance leadership the key responsibilities include:

• Operational Business Partnering
• FP&A & Cost Analysis
• Profitability & Cost Reduction
• CapEx Evaluation
• Reporting & Systems

Comp:

Base - $160,000-$170,000

Bonus - 10%

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum seven or more years of progressive FP&A, finance or analytical experience, including meaningful operational finance or business-partnering responsibility.
• Prior people-management experience or substantial workstream leadership.
• Strong understanding of P&L, gross-margin, cash-flow and unit-economics analysis.
• Advanced Excel and financial-modeling skills; Power BI, Alteryx or enterprise planning-system experience strongly preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
