Job summary

Atlantic Group is seeking a Director of FP&A to partner with the CFO and help build a best-in-class FP&A function for a nationwide healthcare technology platform backed by private equity.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, modelling, KPI reporting, and executive-level finance initiatives, guiding senior leadership and investors through strategic plans and liquidity management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and boards.
• Experience in high-growth, PE-backed, or lean environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and KPI reporting.
• Develop workforce, compensation, and operating expense models.
• Analyze performance, metrics, and budget-to-actual variances.

Ideal Background

• 10+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or related experience
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Experience working in high-growth, PE-backed, or lean environments
• Builder mentality with the ability to influence senior executives and investors
• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred but not required
