BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Force Effectiveness to enhance field planning, targeting, account planning, and call plan execution across brands and regions. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Medical, BI&A, and CRM teams to translate data into actionable field guidance.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in biotech/pharma analytics, strong Excel/BI skills, and CRM experience. This on-site leadership role offers growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in field force effectiveness, commercial analytics, sales operations, or related biotech/pharma roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Economics, Public Health, or related field.
• Experience with HCP and account-level data.
• Proficiency with Excel and BI tools.
• Experience using CRM systems (Veeva, Salesforce).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support segmentation, targeting, account planning, and call plan execution to guide field teams.
• Maintain and improve account planning templates and guidance.
• Assist in territory alignment and call plan development across brands and regions.
• Coordinate field communications and updates related to call plan changes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical, BI&A, CRM, and International teams to support planning processes.
