Job summary

Bob's Discount Furniture in the United States is seeking a Transportation Operations Leader to oversee site logistics, DOT compliance, scheduling, maintenance, and depot serviceability.

You will manage tractor trailer drivers, enhance operational efficiency, and coordinate yard operations with DCs and stores, including night-to-morning coverage.

Base pay ranges from $112,000 to $120,000 annually, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, life and pet insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide site leadership to transportation operations including DOT compliance, safety, schedules and dispatching.
• Manage fleet maintenance and repairs for regional tractors and trailers.
• Oversee driver hiring, retention, development, and engagement.
• Coordinate yard operations and deliveries to regional depots, stores, and other DCs.
