Job summary

SoundCloud is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations to shape the Fan Business by integrating data, insights, and execution across key teams. You will influence strategic direction with cross-functional partners and drive initiatives that impact revenue, pricing, and scalability in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead planning, forecasting, dashboards, and strategic projects, including international expansion and licensing.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in consulting, growth, strategy, or similar analytical role with cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven experience driving projects aligning multiple stakeholders to deliver results.
• Strong analytical skills with financial models, dashboards, and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Support annual and semiannual planning, including revenue forecasts and KPIs across the Fan P&L.
• Conduct analyses on churn, retention, pricing, LTV/CAC, and user growth; translate findings into recommendations.
• Own cross-functional initiatives end-to-end with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Finance.
