LaSalle Network is hiring for a Senior Manager, External Reporting with an industry leading home, security, and digital products client.

This is a highly visible, corporate accounting role supporting a public company environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning SEC filing preparation, supporting technical accounting initiatives, and working cross-functionally with various business units. This role is pivotal in strengthening the technical accounting focus within the team, which currently emphasizes SEC reporting. The team values hands‑on, confident communicators who can influence stakeholders and build relationships across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own SEC filing preparation for 10-Ks and 10-Qs.
• Support technical accounting initiatives and work through complex accounting issues.
• Collaborate with business units and review disclosures.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Assist in acquisition accounting and related reporting cycles.
• Review and prepare disclosures for filings.
• Provide technical accounting support for various business questions.
• Contribute to the preparation and review of financial reports and disclosures.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. in Accounting
• CPA certification
• 7+ years of experience preparing SEC filings such as 10-Ks and 10-Qs.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Strong technical accounting background, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP (nice to have).
• Ability to communicate confidently and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-visibility corporate environment.
