Servier in the United States seeks a Senior Manager, External Manufacturing to lead cross-functional collaboration with CMOs, manage contracts, and ensure supply continuity.

The role centers on oversight of drug substance, API procurement, finished-dose manufacturing, packaging, and quality systems, coordinating with MSAT, Quality, and Supply Chain teams across borders. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience managing and negotiating contracts is preferred.
• Effective communication with ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience leading multi-functional, cross-continental teams.
• Knowledge of FDA, EU and global cGMP compliance.

Responsabilités

• Interface with CMO relationships, overseeing contract negotiation and obligations.
• Coordinate with support groups for commercial and clinical manufacturing needs.
• Assist in problem resolution and CI programs; monitor outcomes.
• Foster right-first-time culture and proactive issue avoidance.
• Lead ORM/JSC meetings with CMOs and prepare performance topics.
• Identify KPIs and present performance metrics with CMOs.
• Ensure CMO quality, safety, and environmental systems are effective.
• Partner with CMOs to monitor supplier concerns and improve processes.
• Manage POs and invoicing, ensuring timely payments.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives internally and with CMOs.
• Contribute to Business Continuity Plans with CMOs.
