Job summary

HawkEye 360 in the United States is seeking a Manager of External Financial Reporting to lead the preparation, coordination, and review of SEC filings and external reporting for a newly public company.

You will ensure accurate, timely consolidated statements and disclosures, support audits, and drive SOX controls while leveraging Workiva and XBRL tagging to source data from a single system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 6+ years SEC reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC regs, consolidations and SOX.
• Experience with financial statement prep, consolidations, and XBRL tagging.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review SEC filings (10-K/10-Q/8-K) and related disclosures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for disclosures and data integrity.
• Support quarterly reviews and annual audits with documentation and auditor responses.
• Assist with consolidations and intercompany eliminations.
• Contribute to SOX compliance and process improvements; leverage Workiva.
