Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field and CPA license.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and SEC reporting experience.
• Deep command of US GAAP, SEC rules, consolidations, and SOX.
• Proven ability to translate complex topics into investor-ready disclosures.
• Experience with XBRL/iXBRL tagging and SEC filing platforms (Workiva); ERP familiarity including Deltek Costpoint.

Responsibilities

• Own preparation, review, and filing of 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and proxy statements under US GAAP/SEC rules.
• Lead consolidation processes, intercompany eliminations, and equity method accounting.
• Partner with accounting, legal, FP&A, IR, and leadership to validate disclosures.
• Prepare XBRL tagging and support filings on Workiva; interface with external auditors.
• Respond to SEC comments and inquiries; develop memos and white papers for reviews.
• Drive SOX controls, policy updates, and process improvements across close and consolidation.
• Mentor and develop the reporting and technical accounting team.
