The Director, Visa Accept GTM & Commercialization, is responsible for driving the adoption, activation, and commercial growth of Visa Accept across global markets. This role partners closely with Regional Product, Sales, Partnerships, Solutioning, Pricing, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to translate Visa Accept capabilities into scalable client deployments and revenue-generating opportunities.
The role will focus on regional product and client activations, strategic partnerships with Big Tech and marquee clients, bespoke solutioning for complex opportunities, and delivery of commercial and pricing frameworks. Success requires strong payments and commercialization expertise, executive-level stakeholder management, and the ability to operate effectively across global, matrixed teams.
All roles require digital fluency, including the ability to use emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT, to support business planning, client engagement, commercialization, and operational execution.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
For roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $192,300.00 to $307,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.

This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
