This working manager will coach the Executive Assistant team and Facilities Administrator while driving standards, operational rigor, and the use of AI-enabled tools to elevate executive services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience supporting senior executives and leadership teams in complex, fast-paced organizations.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience managing Executive Assistants, workplace operations, corporate services, hospitality, facilities, or administrative teams.
• Significant experience supporting C-suite executives, Executive Leadership Teams, and Board-level interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive executive assistant support and partner with Executive Leadership Team members to improve organizational effectiveness, leadership team alignment, and operational execution.
• Establish and oversee executive operating rhythms, including leadership meetings, quarterly business reviews, annual planning cycles, strategic off-sites, and executive forums.
• Oversee planning and coordination for Executive Leadership Team meetings, Board meetings, executive off-sites, leadership summits, and enterprise-wide leadership events.
