Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a data-driven communications leader to guide SPS participant communications across the full lifecycle of stock plan interactions. You will craft messaging that informs, persuades, and drives engagement while collaborating with partners across the enterprise.

The role requires extensive experience in global communications or marketing, strong writing/editing skills, and a track record of managing multi-channel campaigns with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent experience preferred.
• 7 years of data-driven global communications and/or marketing experience.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills; portfolio required.
• Experience designing, executing, and measuring communications plans across channels.
• Experience developing a multi-touch, multi-audience communications journey.
• Strong project management, attention to detail, and execution.
• Audience-focused content tailored to different segments and needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional campaigns aligned with key business opportunities and KPIs.
• Build collaborative relationships with business partners for alignment and execution.
• Write high-impact communications that are clear, concise, and persuasive to drive action.
• Package and position communication offerings for internal readiness and external awareness.
