Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking an experienced Stock Plan Services Technology Engineering Leader to drive the SPS Information Delivery initiative.

You will blend stock plan domain expertise with data design, architecture, migration and client-facing delivery to empower sponsors with timely, accurate data through reporting, APIs and extracts. You will lead a team of technology leaders, align modernization priorities, and partner across Business, Product, Operations and Technology to deliver

Qualifications

• 15 years leading technology teams in stock plans or related domain.
• Experience coaching and developing large, matrixed teams.
• Proven ability to plan talent and resource across modernization programs.
• Deep expertise in data design, modeling, governance in regulated environments.
• Experience leading data migration, synchronization and reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of stock plan data concepts (plan, participant, grant, vesting, tax).
• Agile leadership with ability to lead through ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead SPS Modernization data strategy execution and architecture decisions.
• Partner with Business, Product, Operations and Technology leaders.
• Deliver modern reporting, APIs, extracts and migration capabilities.
• Ensure data quality, timeliness, and client value through reporting.
• Coach and develop technology leaders and associates.
• Reinforce data standards and governance across teams.
• Maintain stability, resiliency and security of information delivery apps.
