Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to join the NYSE Transactions team in New York. You will lead the business development roadmap to drive innovation across US equities and options markets, interfacing with senior leadership to shape trading product evolution.

You will develop quantitative methods, analyze market structure, and present strategic recommendations to advance the product portfolio while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master’s or PhD preferred.
7+ years of experience in electronic trading, exchange operations, or similar market-structure roles.

Responsibilities

Own defined workstreams within the business development agenda for equities and/or options.
Support market-structure advocacy through empirical analysis and regulatory engagement.
Design quantitative methods to analyze trading data and surface insights for product development.
Identify market-structure trends and translate findings into product concepts and strategic recommendations.
Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to refine the product roadmap.
Present research findings and proposals to NYSE senior management.
