You will spearhead the business development roadmap to drive innovation and growth across US equities and options, working at the intersection of market structure, policy, and cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with outstanding academic achievement.
• 7+ years in electronic trading, exchange operations, or related US equities/options market structure.
• Excellent understanding of US equity/options market structure and limit order book dynamics.
• Proficient in SQL and Python; Tableau experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own defined workstreams across equities and/or options from opportunity id to launch and impact measurement.
• Support market structure advocacy through empirical analysis (rule filings, letters, regulatory engagement).
• Design quantitative methods to analyze trading data, model market dynamics, and surface actionable insights for product development.
• Identify market structure trends and opportunities; translate research into concrete product concepts and recommendations.
• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to refine the product roadmap.
• Engage with NYSE senior management to present findings, recommendations, and proposals.
