Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or Ph.D. preferred.
• 7+ years of work experience in electronic trading, exchange operations, or trading research.
• Excellent understanding of US equity and/or options market structure and limit order book dynamics.
• Proficient in SQL and Python; Tableau experience a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own and drive parts of the product strategy roadmap across equities and options from ideation through execution.
• Design and build quantitative methods to analyze trading data, model market dynamics, and surface insights for product development.
• Identify market structure trends and opportunities; translate findings into concrete product concepts and strategic recommendations.
• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to refine the product roadmap.
• Regularly present research findings and proposals to NYSE senior management.
