Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 12+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with strong C/C++ on Linux.
• 3+ years in engineering leadership or management with team growth experience.
• Proven contribution to system architecture for high performance, low latency platforms.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and performance-oriented software design.
• Hands-on experience with TCP/IP, multicast networking, multithreading, real-time systems.
• 3+ years of scripting and automation in complex environments.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools and agents for automating development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive system architecture and design decisions for high-performance components.
