Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. seeks a Senior Associate to partner with NYSE senior leadership across Listings, Capital Markets, and ETFs. The role leads performance reporting, supports forecasting and budgeting, and drives strategic projects and analyses to fuel growth.

The candidate should be analytically strong, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable about capital markets, with the ability to own workstreams from analysis through recommendation. NY base salary is competitive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related quantitative field.
• 2+ years of experience in strategy, financial analysis, consulting, capital markets, or related analytical role.
• Understanding of capital markets, including IPOs, ETFs, and market structure.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with market data platforms (FactSet, Dealogic, PitchBook) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with high accuracy in data.

Responsibilities

• Lead recurring performance reporting for the Global Listings business and translate KPIs into insights for NYSE leadership.
• Partner with Finance on forecasting and budgeting; provide inputs on listings activity and IPO/ETF pipelines.
• Support annual listing fee billing cycles and advise on fee schedules with Finance.
• Develop industry/peer analyses and maintain datasets and dashboards; automate reporting workflows.
