• 6+ years defining and delivering market-leading software products in fleet/logistics or similar

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the roadmap for Fleet Management and Internal Tooling across Skydio Cloud
• Define end-to-end dock service experience from issue detection to repair and closure
• Drive feature definition with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams
• Prototype workflows that simplify customer use cases
• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to refine user personas and requirements
• Communicate plans across stakeholders and deliver releases with impact
