Job summary

ServiceNow in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management for Search AI to lead the development of enterprise search and conversational AI capabilities that power Now Platform’s growth.

You will guide engineering, ML research, and UX partners to deliver scalable features, mentor a team of 4+ PMs, and translate customer insights into grounded, outcomes-driven products.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading product teams and mentoring junior leaders.
• 8+ years in software product management with enterprise search/RAG products.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks and modern search tech.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, scalable features quickly.
• Deep empathy for users and translating needs into solutions.
• Data-driven mindset to validate hypotheses and measure success.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision for Enterprise Search & AI; define strategy for search, RAG, and QA capabilities.
• Own outcomes, not just outputs; secure executive buy-in and drive measurable impact.
• Lead with technical depth; guide engineering, ML research, UX research, and design with clear requirements.
• Champion user-driven innovation using pilots, research, and market insights.
• Drive adoption across the platform by embedding search/GenAI across the ecosystem.
• Define and refine metrics for real-world performance and business value.
• Develop future leaders by mentoring a team of 4+ Product Managers.
