McDonald’s is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead deployment of Location Data and Item Vista across markets. You will own end-to-end planning, coordinate milestones, and ensure readiness and activation while working with technology, Change, Training and Communications teams.

The role requires experience managing complex programs in a global organization, with strong stakeholder management and the ability to drive adoption and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise data, analytics, AI, data governance or technology programs.
• Strong program management, planning, governance and risk-management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear business actions.

Responsibilities

• Become subject matter expert for deployment of Location Data and Item Vista.
• Lead end-to-end deployment planning across markets and teams.
• Drive market readiness and activation with cross-functional partners.
• Build reusable deployment playbooks and guidance.
