Job summary

McDonald’s Global Technology is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager, Cloud, to drive Enterprise Cloud Governance, standardize Agile Cloud processes, and align with Cloud Architecture, Security, Operations, and DevSecOps.

This role shapes infrastructure and operations products across the McDonalds environment, partnering with leaders, PMs, and architects to define roadmaps for cloud-focused solutions and driving business impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical product management or relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years relevant experience with a Master’s degree.
• Experience working on technical teams that manage an important product and/or a suite of products.
• Experience communicating with leadership and setting expectations for major cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Defines and executes the product roadmap for cloud-focused solutions aligned with the company’s strategy and goals.
• Partners with business leaders, technical product managers, and architects to determine long-term viability.
• Communicates ideas effectively to senior stakeholders and leads issue resolution.
• Decomposes complex problems and uses data-driven judgment to inform decisions.
• Identifies core problems within business processes and understands root causes.
