Job summary

McDonald’s Global Technology is seeking a Solutions Readiness Manager to drive market strategy, roadmap, feature enablement, certification, and adoption for McDelivery in the US. This Chicago-based role requires collaboration with global product owners, delivery vendors, development teams, and business stakeholders to shape the transformation of McDonald’s USA digital footprint.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years working in an agile environment.
Experience with customer-facing, mobile and digital products is preferred.
Engineering/Technical background is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of timely, high-quality features for McDelivery in the US.
Align product roadmaps with US business strategy and with Global Technology.
Collaborate with Global Product Managers across delivery capabilities.
Prioritize initiatives and coordinate end-to-end development.
Oversee US market releases from planning to deployment with cross-functional teams.
Manage weekly test priorities in support of release cycles.
Review defects and drive rapid resolution to protect customer experience.
Communicate release updates to Marketing, Operations, Technology, Legal, and others.
Test and validate monthly offers with GMAD and Marketplace platforms.
