Job summary

Clario, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, seeks a Senior Manager, Data & Analytics to lead an enterprise and clinical reporting capability spanning Power BI Fabric, Logi, Plotly, and NxT.Analytics. The role balances operational excellence with strategic modernization to deliver meaningful insights to internal teams and customers.

The leader will drive governance, manage a global analytics team, and oversee migration from Logi to Plotly, creating scalable dashboards and trusted analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Data/Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in data/BI/analytics or reporting, 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience leading Power BI Fabric environments: governance, modeling, security, deployment pipelines.
• Proven success in enterprise BI and reporting portfolios with distributed teams.
• Experience modernizing enterprise reporting; Logi Analytics and Plotly Dash preferred.
• Strong knowledge of analytics architecture, SQL, data modeling, APIs, data quality, security, governance; Databricks/Snowflake preferred.
• Experience in life sciences/regulatory environments; familiarity with CSV/SDLC, SOPs, audit, regulated release.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise reporting portfolio across Power BI Fabric, Logi, Plotly, NxT.Analytics with clear priorities and outcomes.
• Oversee governance across multiple Power BI Fabric workspaces, including semantic models, security, and release pipelines.
• Drive migration strategy from Logi to Plotly and define reusable patterns and retirement criteria.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Engineering, QA, and domain teams to translate requirements into scalable dashboards.
• Establish analytics governance with defined KPI definitions, semantic models, and secure data delivery.
• Build and mentor a global analytics team, ensure production stability, incident management, and regulatory compliance.
