Job description

FRAME is a brand that bridges the heritage and quality of manufacturing in Los Angeles with a distinctly European aesthetic. Its collections take inspiration from a French way of \"dressed up casual\" embodied by the style icons of the 1970’s.

Since the brand’s inception in 2012, FRAME has rapidly evolved from the off-duty models favorite denim brand, to a fashion house that produces four ready-to-wear collections a year.

With headquarters split between Culver City, Los Angeles and Fitzrovia, London, FRAME is known for its coveted wardrobe classics, American craftsmanship and its loyal following.

Role Overview:

FRAME is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager to oversee enterprise applications, integrations, EDI, infrastructure and cybersecurity across its retail, e-commerce, wholesale and corporate operations.

This role combines ERP administration, software engineering, project management and IT operations. The Senior Manager will coordinate internal resources and third-party partners while actively participating in technical design, troubleshooting and project delivery.

Responsibilities:
ERP and Enterprise Applications
  • Administer and support FRAME’s ERP and related business applications.
  • Manage system configuration, user access, workflows and master-data controls.
  • Support order management, inventory, purchasing, allocation, fulfillment, receiving and financial processes.
  • Coordinate system upgrades, enhancements, testing and deployments.
  • Maintain alignment across ERP, PLM, e-commerce, POS, OMS, WMS and reporting platforms.
  • Document system configurations, integrations and support procedures.
EDI and Integrations
  • Manage EDI transactions with wholesale customers, vendors, 3PLs and logistics partners.
  • Support transactions such as 850, 855, 856, 810, 846, 940 and 945.
  • Monitor EDI and integration failures and coordinate their resolution.
  • Manage APIs, middleware, SFTP and other file-based integrations.
  • Lead mapping, testing and certification with trading partners.
  • Establish reconciliation, alerting and error-handling procedures.
Software Engineering
  • Provide technical oversight for integrations, internal development and automation.
  • Support API, SQL, scripting and data-transformation activities.
  • Review technical designs, code quality and deployment plans.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve data accuracy.
  • Maintain development, testing, version-control and release-management standards.
Project and Vendor Management
  • Manage application, integration, infrastructure and security projects.
  • Develop requirements, project plans, timelines, budgets and status reports.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and external implementation partners.
  • Manage technology vendors, consultants and managed-service providers.
  • Monitor vendor deliverables, performance and service-level agreements.
  • Escalate risks, delays and critical decisions to senior leadership.
Security and Infrastructure
  • Oversee technology supporting FRAME’s offices, stores and warehouse operations.
  • Manage networks, endpoints, cloud services, identity access and collaboration tools.
  • Maintain security controls, including MFA, endpoint protection, access reviews and vulnerability remediation.
  • Coordinate security assessments, incident response and compliance activities.
  • Maintain backup, disaster-recovery and business-continuity procedures.
  • Support infrastructure requirements for new stores, offices and warehouse locations.
Team and Business Partnership
  • Manage and develop internal technical resources.
  • Coordinate priorities across internal teams and third-party providers.
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Retail, E-commerce and Customer Service.
  • Translate business requirements into practical and scalable technology solutions.
  • Maintain clear ownership, documentation and escalation processes.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise applications, integrations, software engineering or IT operations.
