Job summary

FRAME is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager to oversee enterprise applications, integrations, EDI, infrastructure and cybersecurity across its retail, e-commerce, wholesale and corporate operations. The role combines ERP administration, software engineering, project management and IT operations to coordinate internal resources and partners.

The Senior Manager will participate in technical design, troubleshooting and delivery, while maintaining alignment across ERP, PLM, e‑commerce, POS, OMS, WMS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS or equivalent.
• 8+ years in enterprise apps, integrations, software or IT operations.
• 3+ years managing technical resources, vendors or major projects.
• Strong ERP administration and configuration experience.
• Extensive knowledge of EDI, APIs, SQL, middleware and data integrations.
• Experience with infrastructure, cybersecurity and IAM.
• Strong PM and vendor-management skills.
• Able to troubleshoot critical production issues.
• Excellent cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ERP and enterprise applications across retail, e‑commerce, wholesale and corporate ops.
• Lead integrations, EDI, APIs, middleware and data mappings.
• Provide technical oversight for development, automation and deployments.
• Manage projects, budgets, timelines and vendor relationships.
• Ensure security, backups, DR and compliance programs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Retail, CS and IT.
