Leverage expertise across cloud computing and AI retrieval pipelines to craft end-to-end customer solutions, guide roadmaps, and evangelize best practices at events and through technical content.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients.
• 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, data science, data & analytics).
• Proven expertise in building agentic search systems and implementing automated LLM-driven evaluation frameworks for complex AI retrieval pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Service Aligned Solutions Architect, embedded with Product, Engineering, and Science to inform roadmaps.
• Lead technical solution discussions translating business needs into scalable architectures with measurable outcomes.
• Design end-to-end customer solutions leveraging Amazon Quick capabilities including agentic features, dashboarding, and automation.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Science to ensure architectures align with platform direction and inform future development.
• Drive customer feedback to Product and Engineering, serving as the bridge between field realities and engineering priorities.
