Job summary

Accenture is seeking Forward Deployed AI Engineers to embed with client teams and deliver production-grade AI platforms. You will drive time-to-value, adoption, reliability, and scalability across multi-stakeholder environments with strong governance and measurable outcomes.

You will design, build, and run agentic AI solutions, shaping playbooks for AI-native engineering and leading technical workshops with client leadership across industries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years engineering experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• Minimum 1 year designing and deploying agentic solutions in production environments.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Python/Java and with production deployment, CI/CD, IaC, monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI platform deployments across complex client environments, owning architecture to adoption.
• Own program-level delivery outcomes: time-to-value, reliability, adoption velocity, scalability with metrics.
• Architect and govern enterprise AI solutions across data, security, and integration layers.
• Shape AI reinvention strategy for client leadership and develop multi-year adoption roadmaps.
