Accenture is seeking an Engineering Consulting Senior Manager – Delivery Lead to guide large, multi‑discipline programs across product engineering, R&D and digital transformation. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex programs in engineering‑intensive environments.
• Strong background in product engineering, R&D, manufacturing, or engineering systems.
• Experience coordinating multi‑disciplinary teams and senior client stakeholders.
• Experience with PLM, digital thread, cloud, data, or AI‑enabled engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex engineering consulting programs from initiation to stabilization.
• Own delivery outcomes across scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk.
• Serve as primary client delivery lead and build trusted senior stakeholder relationships.
• Translate client objectives into executable delivery plans and operating models.
• Drive risk, dependencies and issues resolution in fast paced, multi‑vendor environments.
• Oversee implementation of engineering systems and platforms (PLM, analytics, cloud).
• Guide teams in designing future‑state operating models and organizational structures.
• Support account growth through delivery excellence and client trust.
