Role requires deep expertise in PLM/CAD systems, AI‑enabled engineering, and a proven track record of financial and risk governance in engineering transformations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience working on engineering improvement initiatives.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Fortune 500 company, contributing to a dynamic and high‑performance environment.
• Proven experience leading large, complex programs in engineering‑intensive environments.
• Strong background in product engineering, R&D, manufacturing, or engineering systems.
• Experience with Engineering systems and platforms (PLM, CAD, ERP) and familiarity with Digital Thread / Twin, MBSE, AI/ML.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex engineering consulting programs.
• Own delivery outcomes across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
• Serve as primary client delivery lead, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Translate client objectives into executable delivery plans and operating models.
• Drive delivery risk resolution in fast-paced, multi‑vendor environments.
