Responsibilities

• Analyze maintenance requirements to identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Collaborate with engine centers and finance to prioritize cost-saving initiatives.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership on cost management.
• Use CORE tools to achieve savings across maintenance operations.
• Support decisions on material repair vs replacement while balancing turnaround time.
• Benchmark engine centers to identify best practices.
• Work with finance to evaluate cost drivers on program P&L.
• Travel quarterly to domestic engine centers to assess processes.
• Lead quarterly reviews with leaders and VPs on strategic initiatives.
• Own rolling action items list to drive cost reduction.
