Job summary

Evergreen Energy Partners, a virtual full-service energy efficiency firm, seeks a Senior Program Manager to provide strategic leadership for utility-sponsored programs across New England.

You will partner with utility clients, program managers, and internal teams to meet contractual objectives, financial targets, and customer satisfaction while guiding budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple utility-sponsored or utility-funded energy efficiency programs.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop Program Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience supervising, mentoring, and developing professional staff.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office and CRM/reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for multiple utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs throughout New England.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for utility clients, maintaining relationships and ensuring contract execution and client satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, supervise, and develop Program Managers and staff; support team growth.
• Oversee program budgets, staffing, forecasts, resource allocation, and contractual deliverables.
• Monitor program performance, regulatory compliance, reporting requirements, and key metrics.
• Lead recurring client meetings and prepare executive-level presentations and updates.
• Collaborate with internal departments and partners to ensure seamless program delivery and customer experience.
• Identify operational improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
• Support business development, proposals, client presentations, and transitions for new contracts.
