EY’s Supply Chain & Operations team helps clients transform procurement into a strategic driver of enterprise value. As a Senior Manager, you will lead complex procurement transformation engagements, advise senior client stakeholders and help clients achieve measurable savings, resilience and sustainable business outcomes across functions.

You will connect procurement strategy to execution across process, operating model, technology, data and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, finance, engineering, economics, technology or a related field.
• Ten or more years of relevant procurement experience.
• Significant advisory/consulting experience with external clients.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end procurement lifecycle.
• Experience shaping and delivering multi-workstream procurement transformations.
• Experience redesigning source-to-pay processes and operating models.
• Experience leading technology-enabled procurement transformations.
• Familiarity with leading source-to-pay platforms.
• Experience managing engagement scope, financials, quality and risk.
• Strong executive communication, client relationships, and people leadership skills.
• Experience supporting business development, proposals and pursuit presentations.
• Willingness to travel and work in EY offices or client locations up to 50%.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end procurement transformation engagements from assessment and strategy through implementation, adoption and value realization.
• Assess and redesign procurement processes across category management, strategic sourcing, contracting, purchasing, payment and supplier management.
• Design procurement operating models, including organization, governance, capabilities, service delivery, data and technology.
• Develop procurement technology strategies and roadmaps across source-to-pay and related platforms.
• Identify opportunities to apply analytics, automation and responsible AI to procurement processes and decisions.
• Lead complex, multi-workstream programs while managing scope, staffing, economics, quality, risks and client experience.
• Advise senior stakeholders and translate complex issues into practical recommendations, business cases and implementation roadmaps.
• Support opportunity development, proposals, presentations and commercial negotiations.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Lead, coach and develop inclusive, high-performing teams.
