EY is seeking a Senior Manager in the United States to lead complex procurement transformation engagements, advising senior client stakeholders and helping achieve measurable savings, resilience, and sustainable outcomes.

You will connect procurement strategy to execution across process, operating model, technology, data and service delivery while leading multidisciplinary teams and contributing to EY’s growth in procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Ten or more years of procurement experience.
• Experience providing advisory or consulting services to external clients.
• Deep knowledge of the end-to-end procurement lifecycle.
• Experience leading multi-workstream procurement transformation engagements.
• Experience redesigning source-to-pay processes and procurement operating models.
• Experience leading technology-enabled procurement transformation initiatives.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work in EY offices and client locations.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement transformation engagements from assessment through value realization.
• Assess and redesign procurement processes across category management, sourcing, contracting, purchasing, and supplier management.
• Design procurement operating models including governance, capabilities and service delivery.
• Develop procurement technology strategies across source-to-pay platforms.
• Apply analytics, automation and responsible AI to procurement decisions.
• Manage complex, multi-workstream programs including scope, staffing, economics and risks.
• Advise senior stakeholders with practical recommendations and roadmaps.
• Support business development, proposals and client negotiations.
• Build trusted client relationships and drive account growth.
• Lead, coach and develop inclusive, high-performing teams.
