• Proven ability to advise senior leaders on sensitive matters with sound judgment.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing Employee Relations team known for consultation, judgment, and business impact.
• Build leadership bench through coaching and opportunities that expand capability and career growth.
• Define and implement the ER strategy for a large, complex business, aligning with enterprise strategy and risk.
• Serve as trusted strategic advisor to senior business and HR leaders.
• Turn data and employee insights into actions that improve outcomes and reduce risk.
