Job summary

Oura seeks a Senior Manager of Electrical Engineering in a hybrid role based in San Francisco to lead and grow a talented team responsible for core electronics of next-generation wearable devices. You will shape electrical architecture, manage power and sensor integration, and drive reliability and regulatory compliance across products.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading electrical engineering teams focused on embedded systems and low-power design.
• Deep expertise in analog/digital circuit design, power management, and sensor integration.
• Strong testing/validation methodologies for electrical systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience working with overseas manufacturing partners.
• Strong communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
• Strategic mindset focused on innovative high-quality products.
