Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Manager, eCommerce and Merchandising to drive our day-to-day merchandising strategy and execution. This role will manage a Sr Merchandising Analyst and drive eCommerce experiences, improve the patient journey, and maximize conversion rates. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Senior Manager will be responsible for best in class merchandising, monitoring site metrics, identifying trends, and implementing data-backed improvements to boost product discoverability and overall site experience.
What You’ll Do
Define and manage the merchandising strategy for ClearChoice dental service lines
Generate and share insights, learnings and best practices utilizing data, insights, and industry analysis to continually refine merchandising strategies and campaign designs, optimizing engagement, conversion rates, and ROI
Create compelling visual merchandising experiences that drive customer engagement
Partner with call center teams to track appointment quality and close attribution loops Lead partnerships across the broader Marketing organization to drive efficient paid and organic search optimization
Create and manage a prioritized backlog of merchandising initiatives and enhancements
Assist in content and experience planning and activation, managing calendars and processes to drive on time launches and optimizations
Responsible for distilling and coordinating complex sets of data to tie Digital Commerce strategies back to business results for executive and cross functional presentations and readouts
Partner with Digital Performance team to develop and continuously optimize suite of business reports to identify merchandising opportunities to increase site conversion and patient engagement; including conversion rate optimization ideas
Monitor competitor web experiences and industry trends to identify innovative merchandising opportunities
Develop and maintain effective workflows, processes, and timelines for merchandising activities, ensuring efficient and flawless execution of all merchandising initiatives
Education and Experience
6+ years of experience in site merchandising, e-commerce, or digital marketing
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field
Proficiency in web tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making and optimize merchandising strategies
Ability to innovate and experiment with a focus on consumer experience, engagement, and conversion
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, PIM tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Salsify, Hybris, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
Annual Salary Range: $130,000-$160,000/year, with a generous benefits package that includes paid time off, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) savings plan with match.
